Cutie Patooie !

Liam Knezevic-Maragh

Our baby boy Liam made his grand entrance into the world almost 5 weeks early. Our Surrogate felt a sharp pain which was her placenta rupturing ,  50% detached from her wall, and because of the rupture Liam was without Oxygen for a little while. He was hooked up to a million things - being monitored to ensure all was fine.He was such a fighter ! He spent a long 2 weeks in NICU at Winne Palmer, before graduation day! Best news ever was the nurse coming in with his cap and diploma! Graduation Day was finally here!!! He is 8 months old today and happy, healthy, cute as button and thriving!  His Dad, Daddy and Little Brother love him more than life!

Through Walk For Winnie, we will be able to provide funding for the care and treatment of the sickest of babies. Every day, skilled physicians and nurses at the Alexander Center for Neonatology provide the highest level of lifesaving care for critically ill newborns, with one ultimate goal in mind: to help these babies thrive, to help them beat the odds. Please join us in raising funds to support the tiny miracles born in the NICU every single day!
